I have an update on how Images has done over the past year with Qual Chem. We installed Sheenology last April and have marketed it as hand wax shine/complete exterior body protection in no extra time. In looking over our last 6 month results comparable to the year prior we have been running with an increase of $3.21 per vehicle! Our wash volumes are up as well. We have had customer comments like “What are you doing different my car looks amazing “as we have included Sheenology in several existing packages. In short “Thank You”!

We added a new package to our menu that featured Sheenology, to increase our dollar per car. For customers buying our Sheenology service their cars receive 3 different colors (purple, orange and green) of foam at the beginning of the wash with the LED lights that make the colors of the foam glow when they pass through it, along with a fragrance. They also receive the normal triple foam midway through the wash and then 2 colors of Hydropel with a different fragrance at the end. The ongoing colorful applications and fragrances, along with the LED lights make it a completely unique experience for them and they notice it. Our sales of Sheenology have been consistent since we introduced it and the new package generated enough revenue in the first 6 weeks to pay for our total Sheenology investment!
We have had excellent customer feedback about Sheenology, with most of the comments including: - Really like how their cars look after getting Sheenology - the increased shine of the vehicle - Have noticed how water is repelled after using it, after they drive through rain - Enjoyed the whole experience and felt it was worth the additional cost
Sheenology gave us a new service that has added value for our customers. We would encourage Sheenology for any car wash looking to increase their dollars per car and add a service that improves customer satisfaction.

After visiting a carwash in Georgia where Sheenology was installed, we knew we had to have this wash package available for our customers in Lakewood, CO. We installed the equipment in late April, even though our Marketing program was not yet developed. We finally settled on branding the wash package as the Tsunami Super Shine™, but decided
to initiate a soft launch by offering the service before the marketing materials were fully designed. In order to generate some feedback before making a sizable investment in a full-fledged marketing program, we explained the anticipated benefits and results to some of our regular customers. The initial response of these customers after using the Sheenology process was very positive. It was their follow-up response that told us we had a winning offer. Even though this service was not even on our Menu, these customers were requesting the opportunity to buy it again, at a 50% premium over our Top Wash!
We have been very pleased with the results Sheenology has produced for us, generating $1.80 in additional revenue per car (even though we had not put it on our menu). We would recommend the Sheenology process to any operator looking to increase their revenue per car and offer an extra service that produces outstanding results. In fact, we are in the process of installing Sheenology at all of our locations. We do not think it is fair that only a segment of our customers get to experience the outstanding performance of Sheenology!

Going into 2012 we were looking to raise our income per car. We saw Sheenology at the show and felt the customer impact and results would give us a product to create a new top package.
Since putting in Sheenology, we have experienced the dollar per car increase we were looking for and added a service that our customers like. Immediately our regular customers noticed the enhanced shine. Furthermore, a few who came back from summer travel raved about the storm water just rolling off the glass. After a few days even my employees who didn’t want to change our supplier noticed the improved finish.
We are turning out a great vehicle with Sheenology and recommend it to any car wash looking to increase revenue.

Since Joseph started Qual Chem he has been asking me to try his products. We use to buy chemicals from Joseph when he was with Royal Sheen, prior to his leaving to become a car wash operator and always had good success with his products.
In the summer of 2011, I put Qual Chem on at our busiest location. We immediately noticed an improvement in the appearance of the vehicles, improved wheel cleaning, products that rinsed easily and provided excellent lubricity. Even with the improvements we were also able to reduce our cost per car using Qual Chem.
When our customers immediately noticed the improved appearance and began commenting about them, we put our second location on Qual Chem, and received the same quick response from our customers at that location. We even had an out of state customer take a picture of his Lexus in front of our wash and post his comments of the quality of our wash on Lexus Club a popular web site.
Based on this experience using Qual Chem products, we have begun distributing Qual Chem and look to help other operators experience the same results we have.

I was an operator that viewed chemicals as being similar in terms of performance, and as a result, used the cost per drum as a major factor in what products I used. I felt that we turned out a good car, without many customer complaints so I was comfortable in where we were as a business.
A friend of mine began using Qual Chem and was enthusiastic about the results he was getting. Based on his recommendation, I began using Qual Chem and immediately noticed an improvement in our wash quality. After seeing these results, I began to evaluate how much Qual Chem was costing me per wash. To my surprise, my cost per car was less with Qual Chem than what it was before!
Our customers noticed the changes in our wash quality as well. Two of my washes are only six miles apart, so they share customers. When I switched my first site to Qual Chem, several of my customers commented that they liked this site better because their car was shinier! They commented on how their cars are dryer and shinier than they were before. I quickly changed my other site over to Qual Chem as well. We will be promoting our new and improved cleaning in our next advertising campaign.

I've been in the conveyor car wash business for over 55 years. In those years, I have tried nearly every brand of equipment and cleaning products out there. 5 years ago, a good friend said I want you to see what happens when you switch to Qual Chem. At that time he was working for one of my chemical suppliers, and I was using a product with Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) to clean wheels. Chrome wheels were popular, and acid made them shine!
